They competed and performed at Liverpool Echo Arena on Saturday 11th March 2017 and won the Producers Award!

We had a great week at Richmond Dance Festival with a lot of dances making their debut appearance on stage.

Congratulations to our Musical Theatre Classes and Company who over 2 weekends performed at 3 local events – Gordons School Christmas Fayre, Lightwater Fayre in the Square and Major & Minors Christmas Open Day.
We have had some lovely feedback on your professionalism and high standard of work! You were a credit to the school!
Once again we have had fantastic results.
All students entered got marks between 83% – 90% and nearly all of our results were Distinction (85+).
Congratulations to Savannah who got Distinction, 90 for her Grade 5 Ballet.
Congratulations to Miss Nicola who took her IDTA Level 4 Teaching Diploma in Ballet and got Distinction, 94%
A fantastic session and we continue with our ‘A’ standard and 100% exam pass rate.
On Monday 31st October something spooky was happening in our studios….. our students became beautifully scary and our dancing became haunting! Great fun had by all!

Our Aladdin Summer School was a huge success with over 40 children aged 4 – 14!
In just 4 days the students worked on 12 musical numbers, script, games and activities and on the 5th day they performed their very own version of Aladdin the Musical!
One of the highlights of the week was our trip to see the West End Show which was extremely inspiring for the students.
Our Bi-Annual Show was a huge success! With standing ovation at every performance audiences said ‘it was the best show yet’ ‘it just keeps getting better’

We had a great week of performing fun at our first ever week long Easter School. The girls where taught various genres of dance from Hip-Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Singing, Acting and even Stage Combat to name a few!!! All classes were taken by industry professionals

Over the Christmas period our Musical Theatre classes sang at our Local Residential Home. They sang beautifully and shared their Christmas spirit.

In June 2015 36 Dancers performed at the West Ends Indigo O2! Alongside other dance schools the girls performed 2 ROCK numbers in a world famous venue. A fantastic experience that will stay with them forever.
Happy Birthday to us as Terri Jayne School of Dance celebrates its 23rd Birthday! With past students dancing professionally, younger students with the ambition to dance professional and 100% exam pass rate we are exceptionally proud to be such a well established school.
Plans are already underway for the schools 25th Celebrations in 2017, a year not to be missed!!
In April we held our 1st Easter workshop for both Junior and Senior Students, it was such a success and so much was learnt by all that attended.

Saturday 6th September marked the official opening of The Dance Studios in Lightwater.
It was lovely to see so many people come and support what has been a very long process but one that has been worth the wait!
We had Bunting, Balloons, The Mayor, Mel from Surrey Police, Ex Mayor Tim Dodds, Teachers, Lovely Parents and Pupils, Lightwater Business associates and new children who we are looking forward to welcoming them to the school. It was a lovely surprise to see Stephanie Gibbons Ruane (my first pupil) turn up and my mum from Kent.
Thank you for all of your continued support, I hope the new facilities bring you lots of dancing happiness.

Our 2014 Summer School was once again a huge success. We had a week of fun, dancing, face painting, singing and lots of laughter as we put together our mini musical Barnum. The Children had a great week in our new studios , making lots of new friends and learning so much in such a sort space of time. The parents loved it and so did the teachers.
We cant wait for next summer!!
Our show on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th May 2014 was a huge success. ‘The Cruise’ saw 300 dancers performing 4 shows to full audiences at The Camberley Theatre where many pupils have performed at before in our previous Bi-Annual shows as well as other shows with professional companies.
Congratulations to all the pupils that performed at the Lightwater Village Fete! The girls did a great job performing numbers from our recent show THE CRUISE in their trainers; out LOYALTY to Lightwater showed as the sun came out while we danced!
